Daniel Elias was born in El Salvador where he began playing the violin at the age of two and a half. He later transitioned to the Viola at the age of 14 to complete his family’s String Quartet with his brothers and sister. God opened doors for Daniel to further his musical studies in the U.S., graduating with a Bachelor of Music in Viola Performance from BIOLA University and a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from California State University Fullerton. He also did graduate studies in Voice and worship doctoral studies at the Institute of Worship Studies in Orange Park, FL.
As an ordained minister of the Gospel, Daniel has served as a Worship Pastor in the local church for the past 30 years where he enjoys using all his God-given talents for His glory and encouraging others to do the same. Daniel recently joined the Woodland Community Church staff in August, 2021 as the Executive Pastor of Worship.
