4 week summer session

This summer, we are offering a 4 week Summer Session of classes during the month of June. 

These classes are a great opportunity for artists of all ages to try something new, develop their creativity, and maintain their skills throughout the summer months.

Classes will be listed on our website on March 15th and Registration opens March 25th! 

The classes will be offered throughout the week like our regular season classes. We're planning to offer the classes only on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the weeks of:
June 2nd-5th
June 16th-19th
June 23rd-27th
June 30th-July 3rd

​Join our 4-Week Summer Art Session designed for beginner and returning art students eager to develop their skills, express their creativity, and immerse themselves in an inspiring artistic community. Whether you're picking up a brush for the first time or rediscovering your passion for art, our supportive and engaging classes provide the perfect space to grow.
Class options for K-2nd, 3rd-5th & 6th-12th Grades.

We’re also offering a Cartoons & Character Design class for students in grades 3-12, where young artists can bring their imaginative characters to life while learning the fundamentals of storytelling, illustration, and design!
With expert instructors, hands-on projects, and a variety of mediums to explore, you'll build confidence in your artistic abilities while connecting with fellow creatives. Don't miss this opportunity to make art, make friends, and make the most of your summer!

This summer, step into the world of dance with our 4-week session designed for both new and returning dancers! Whether you're trying dance for the first time or have some experience and want to refine your skills, this program is the perfect opportunity to explore movement in a fun and supportive environment.

Each week, students will dive into a new dance style--ballet, contemporary modern, jazz, and hip-hop—taught by our experienced instructors. This class focuses on building technique, confidence, and creativity, making it ideal for beginners and those looking to refresh their skills.

Attire: Solid black leotard (girls) / solid black top (boys), solid black leggings, convertible or footless tights or athletic pants, ballet OR jazz shoes. Tennis shoes for the final week for Hip Hop. Option to layer with a solid black t-shirt or a WFA shirt. Hair pulled back neatly.

Class options for K-12th Grades
Dance Company and Levels 3-5 have specific class offerings. If your child has a higher level of dance training and would like to train with our dancers over the summer, please email [email protected] for more information.

This summer, join our exclusive 4-week summer session, designed to help you learn, grow, and have fun with music in a supportive environment.

🎵 Individual Lessons (Piano, Violin & Clarinet): One-on-one instruction tailored to your unique goals and pace, perfect for students looking to develop their skills with personalized guidance.
🎻 Group Violin Class: A dynamic class designed for students to learn fundamental violin techniques in a fun and supportive group setting. See the below pdf for a supply list for this class.
📚 Music Theory Class: Develop a deeper understanding of music through engaging lessons on notation, rhythm, harmony, and composition.
🎼 Intro to Music Class: A perfect starting point for beginners, exploring multiple instruments, rhythm, melody, and music fundamentals in an engaging group environment.

Join us for an exciting 4-week summer theatre session designed for both beginners and returning students! Whether you're stepping onto the stage for the first time or building on previous experience, this program is the perfect place to explore the world of theatre in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment.

Students will learn the fundamentals of acting, voice, movement, and improvisation, all while building confidence and teamwork skills. Through dynamic exercises, scene work, and creative play, participants will develop their performance abilities and bring characters to life!

Join us for an exciting 4-week summer session where children ages 3-5 will explore the joy of movement through creative movement, ballet, jazz, and hip hop! These classes focus on developing essential locomotive skills such as balance, coordination, and spatial awareness, while encouraging creativity and self-expression. Through playful activities and creative movement exercises, young dancers will engage their imaginations and explore new ways to move their bodies. With a fun, interactive approach, they’ll learn basic dance techniques while building confidence and having a blast in every class. Whether they’re taking their first steps into dance or refining their skills, this session is the perfect introduction to the world of movement!

Attire: Solid black leotard (girls) / solid black top (boys), solid black leggings, convertible or footless tights or athletic pants, ballet OR jazz shoes. Tennis shoes for the final week for Hip Hop. Option to layer with a solid black t-shirt or a WFA shirt. Hair pulled back neatly.

$20 first student, $15 second student, and $0 for any additional students ($35 maximum per family)

Summer policies 

Withdrawal Policy
I understand my card on file will be automatically charged for the amount due upon registration. Once my registration and payment are complete, my child will be added to our summer preparations. I understand that if I need to withdraw for any reason, my fees are non-refundable.

Registration
Registration fees are paid for at the time of registration and are per student. These fees are non-refundable. All past due fees must be paid in full to complete your registration. Fees are automatically posted to my Jackrabbit account. I authorize WFA to charge my card on file for the registration fees within 2 business days of completing registration.  

Attendance
Regular class attendance is vital to your child's growth and crucial to the success of the class as a whole. Class fees are nonrefundable and are due regardless of attendance.

Absences
If your child needs to be absent for any reason, we ask you to let your child's teacher know in advance so that he/she can plan accordingly - you can do this through your parent portal or via email.

Makeup Classes
For the summer session there are no makeup options for group or individual classes.
