Karen Blan brings more than 30 years of ministry experience to her role as Director of Operations at Woodland Fine Arts Academy. As a longtime pastor’s wife and one of the founding leaders of Families of Faith Christian Academy, Karen served as administrator for 20 years, guiding the school through growth, innovation, and excellence in Christian education. She is deeply committed to creating a nurturing and organized environment where students, families, and staff can thrive. With a heart for discipleship and a passion for equipping the next generation, Karen combines her administrative expertise with decades of ministry wisdom to support Woodland Academy’s mission of developing young people who impact their world for Christ.
