Costume Designer
Jamie grew up in Brewster, New York outside New York City. Jamie graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a degree in Business and a minor in Communications. She then landed a job at Honeywell International where she spent the next 20+ years becoming the first female International Sales Operations executive. To balance this high intensity time, Jamie traveled frequently into New York City to experience the theatre and the arts. She also honed her sewing skills, often making her own clothes.
Jamie has been married to her husband, John for 22 years and is mother to her daughter Jenna and son Taylor. Jenna is an alumni of Woodland Fine Arts Academy’s both Theatre and Dance Company.
Jamie has been serving WFA’s Theatre department since 2019. She has aided the in the costume creation of many WFA’s theatre productions. Jamie is also a local tailor, often helping The Dance Company with their costumes.
Jamie loves the energy and optimism of the students and looks forward to lifting everyone up in faith.
