Mrs. Gina Misenhelder is a theatre educator, director, and performer with over a decade of experience inspiring young artists through musical theatre, acting, and improvisation. As the co-founder and former Artistic Director of a thriving youth theatre program in the Tampa Bay area, she has directed productions, developed curriculum, coached performers of all ages, and helped hundreds of students build confidence both on and off the stage.
Known for her energetic teaching style and positive classroom environment, Mrs. Gina believes that learning should be fun, engaging, and full of creativity. Her classes combine skill-building with laughter, teamwork, and imaginative play, encouraging students to take risks, think on their feet, and discover their unique voices. Whether leading a musical theatre number, playing an improv game, or helping a student prepare for their first performance, she is passionate about creating a space where every student feels supported, challenged, and celebrated.
Mrs. Gina is excited to share her love of theatre and help students grow in confidence, communication, creativity, and performance skills—all while having a great time!
When she’s not teaching, Mrs. Gina enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her family. She can’t wait to help students learn, grow, and shine both on stage and in everyday life!
